Obituary

Beverly Ann Casinelli,88, of Cumberland, RI passed away peacefully on the evening of November 5, 2025.

She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Jeanette Page. Beverly attended Mount Pleasant High School in Providence RI, where she would meet the love of her life, and her future husband of 53 years, Joseph L. Casinelli. The two were married on June 7, 1958 and had two beloved children, Sheryl and Joseph.

Beverly was known in close circles as "the hostess with the most-est," as she and her late husband enjoyed opening up their home for the holidays and all other sorts of family gatherings. Beverly was the renown cook of the family, constantly creating special meals she made with love and dotingly shared with family and friends. No one ever went home hungry from the Casinelli house, with guests often leaving with to-go containers filled with Beverly's delicacies.

Once her children were grown, Beverly proceeded to have a successful career at the Rhode Island Bar Association, working there for 10 years.

Beverly and Joseph loved spending time in Siesta Key, FL, watching manatees and dolphins frolic on the inter-coastal waterway right outside their condo window. After Joseph's passing, Beverly chose to be closer to family, spending her final years in Cumberland, RI.

She is survived by her daughter, Sheryl Casinelli Amaral of Cumberland, RI, and son, Joseph L. Casinelli II and his wife Cheryl of Warwick, RI; her three grandchildren, Christina Marie, and her fiancé Patrick Cavalieri, Marissa Anne Chartier (Casinelli) and her husband Michael, and Zachary Joseph, and his wife Keri (Feole); her two great-granddaughters, Attilea Mae Casinelli and Bella Ann Cavalieri; her sister Janet Carcieri and her husband Anthony; and many nieces and nephews.

Beverly is predeceased by her husband Joseph, and her son-in-law Everett Amaral.
