The World lost another light with the passing of our beloved Anne-Louise (Tente) Buteau on August 14, 2023 after a difficult battle with cancer. She was 67. Born on October 23, 1955. She was the daughter of Joseph and Joan (Angiolillo) Tente. She was married for over 35 years to her loving and devoted husband, the late Robert Buteau.
Anne and her husband owned Bob & Anne's Take-A-Break Catering, servicing the construction sites throughout the Disney area for several years before retiring, then returning to work as a supervisor at Walmart Neighborhood Grocery Store until her death. Anne dedicated 25 years to the Moose Lodge organizing and managing numerous charities and fundraising events benefiting local communities. She was a past senior regent collegian and a member of the Regional Ritual Team.
She was generous, loyal, and brave. She was also clever and full to the brim with knowledge gained through her life experiences. She loved cooking and being with people and above all, laughing. She had a beautiful smile and an infectious laugh.
She is survived by her sisters, Joan (Steven) Charron of New Jersey and Tracey Tente of Rhode Island, brother Joseph (Alice) Tente of Maryland. Her brother Robert Tente preceded her. Step-children Terry (Paul) Gallagher, Tammy (Bill) Begones, Barbie Jean (Ed) Rambone and Matthew (Sherri) Buteau. Additionally, she shared a strong bond with her niece Rynae Ramsey and nephews Stephen and Arthur Buteau all of Florida. Nieces and nephews, Angela Charron, Michael Charron, Kayla Tente and Michelle Kochanowicz.
She will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege and honor to have known her. We know you are in Bob's arms and no longer in pain. Fly Anne-Louise fly.
Anne-Louise was a kind soul, a Christian and she loved her Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ.
