Aline R. Smith of Swansea, Massachusetts passed into eternal life on January 20, at home surrounded by her loving family. she was the wife of the late Edward L. Smith with whom she shared a magical life with.

Aline was born in Central Falls, the daughter of the late Maurice Plante and Rita (Hemond) Plante.

She was employed as a medical secretary for many years.

Aline is survived by her daughter Julie M. Nelson and her husband John of Swansea with whom she made her home.

She is also survived by her adored grandchildren, Brody Nelson and Haley Nelson of swansea.

There will be a private funeral for Aline on Saturday, January 22nd in the Manning-Heffern Funeral Home.
